Are you a conservative?

If you are reading this almost certainly not.
People on this board naturally look to me to define a conservative (being one of the very few who are). Many even call me a "true conservative" though no one can define what that means.
A conservative is one who doesn't like rapid change, we are not opposed to it of course, we just like to make sure its a betterment and not just a change for changes sake or even worserer- a change for the worse.
What are some of the things that make someone not a conservative?
-if you are in favor or against something simply because your party is in power- you are not a conservative.
The debt would be a prime example of the massive hypocrisy of not conservatives.
-if you are in favor of a massive bloated corrupt Offensive spending to safeguard corporate interests around the world- no conservative are you.
-if you favor corporate interests above people, no conservative are you. Citizens United would be a good example.
-war is favored by no conservative - ever.
-if you think mankind somehow lives apart from the environment and pollution is somehow an essential vitamin
you are not a conservative.
-if you favor terrorism and lawlessness - you are no conservative.
-if you are racist, xenophobic nationalist, you are no conservative
-if you can't discuss things without lying and deflecting, you are no conservative.
-quite frankly you can't be a registered democrat nor republican, nor consistently vote for either, nor donate to either , nor display their bumperstickers or ads and call yourself a conservative.
-you can't get news from only one partisan side and call yourself a conservative.
Well use this guide to establish your own bonafides as
a conservative.
Its not easy to be honest moral and intelligent in this
whacked out world, but as some of us show- it is possible.
