Get rid of the electoral college and you have no Union...and the United States quickly dissolves..the Urban large population area's already DICTATE and Control the rural population all the while looking down upon their beliefs with a demeaning sneer,while they provide the bread and beer along with most of the Military make up.... while the urban liberals often hold meaningless jobs often dependent upon gov. reallocation of public funds to them while producing very little.
How long before the Large Red area's are no longer vested in the Urbanites? How long before a large portion of the South/Midwest are done with the massive leaching population in the cities and Coasts?
The very Union was founded upon large population area's not being able to control by sheer MOB VOTE smaller population area's.
