It's very simple. Dems can't win, if they don't 80% or higher of the black vote. Obama got 95% of the black vote, which enabled him to win election.
Essentially, he only got 44% of everyone else's vote.
If Kanye convinces just 1/3 of the black vote to go trump, it's fatal in midterms, 2020. Why? Because that 4% is being taken from dems, added to republicans making it a 8% swing.
Dems aren't going to make that 8% up with white males, given their party of victimhood, rooted in blaming white privilege. Can they convince white women, hispanics to make that gap up? doubtful.
