people, injuns, comply with the law...the law has to be changed so injuns don't have to obey one that is difficult.
The idiots here and elsewhere think the SCOTUS is there to reinterpret the law, that is to make new laws, that conform to the world as they see it or as they wish it to be.
News flash, idiots, the supreme court is not there to make laws. They are there to see that actions taken comply with the constitution. If there are exiting laws that you don't like .... CHANGE THEM in the legislature.
Don't expect nine people including two lesbian gorillas and a hunchback to do the work the lazy bums in congress won't or can't do.
And isn't that the reason that the socialists want to control the court? Seriously, they know that the elected dopes in congress are too stupid, too lazy and too protective of their cushy jobs to take a risk and do anything that may cost them a vote.
So, like they did with abortion, the legislature passed the buck to the super legislature of the supreme court. SCOTUS obliged by seeing words that did not exist, and codified a right that isn't there and was never intended.
Like the idiot john roberts when he argued against the black marxist but said that the obamacare plan had a tax, obama said it did not, but by the way, it's ok for government to tax.
Socialists are not bummed because they think conservatives have taken over the court.
They are REALLY bummed that the socialists no longer have control of the courts. The conservatives will use the constitution as the foundation for their rulings.
It's like perennial cheater whining that now the refs won't let them do what they've been doing all along. It's not fair.
The lesbian gorillas including a wise latina, and the hunchback will use their feelings to govern what SHOULD BE the law.
If socialists don't like the law, they should work to change it in the legislature. But it's easier and quicker to let the black robes make laws. Saves them from having to propose idiotic laws that they know won't pass.
