BTW I'm not saying we should hire the most expensive coach, I want to hire the best coach and pay them what the market demands for their service.

If it turns out the guy we hire is worth 3 million, or even 5 million then we pay it because he's wort it. I'm just saying a guy takes the job and accepts the lowest salary possible, what kind of confidence does he have?

I'm predicting attendance is going to crash for the next home game.
