Isn’t this a case of immigrants are welcome but there are rules and stipulations to be followed if you wish to stay and/or continue through the process?
Nkt saying this isn’t worthy of a successful appeal. Just that the rules are clear and weren’t followed. When that is the case, where does responsibility rest?
