he was talking about good people on both sides. ie those who were neither nazis/kkk nor antifa.

there were many people there who were there to peacefully protest the removal of a statute of Lee and there were others there to protest the continued existence of the Lee statue. and probably many people in between who were neither armed nor violent.

he made that point quite clear if you ever took 10 seconds to try and research it rather than just accept propaganda shoved down your throat.
