That should be ignored.
Each allegation should be examined on the merits, and isolated from all other allegations.
Each accuser needs to bring proof and/or subpoena testimony which supports their allegation.
Do not bring in Judge without the other two alleged witnesses. But rather, bring in all three and have all testify, and move forward.
