Throwing a catchable ball is just as much a skill as any other QB skill. The good ones seem to find a way to get it done.

The announcers called Lock a bully....he beats up on kids smaller than him but won’t stand up to the bigger kids. I thought that was a perfect description.

Watching Will Grier now. He seems to have a lot of subtle skills that Lock does not. Better touch, better timing, uses his feet to keep plays alive, has taken his program up levels. Lock seems like he might be destined to be a “good stats on a bad team” guy. Even his high school team wasn’t that good. And everyone complained about drops.
