You have no history of sexual misconduct.

Everyone the accuser names as a witness denies the incident ever happened.

The accuser doesn't remember where or when the alleged assault took place, so you can't even defend yourself with an alibi.

And yet, the one thing she is absolutely certain of is you were the perpetrator. Everyone assumes you must be guilty solely on the basis of the argument that "why would she lie?"

You try to protest, saying that this must be a case of mistaken identity, especially given the faulty nature of human memory over a 35 year time span.

The people opposing you won't even consider this to be possible, and your denial is characterized as an 'attack' on a vulnerable victim.

This is exactly what the media and regressives are doing to Brett Kavanaugh. How is this just?
