have a SC judge who truly tries to follow the Constitution rather than go thru the incredible waste of time in this discussion.

And, what he suggested Kavanaugh should do, if it happened, is precisely what I recently said he should do, EVEN if he didn't do it, and for the same reasons given. Because those of us who can think realize that the dems will proceed as if he did it, guilty or not, since the whole purpose of this is to attack Trump in yet another manner, whether it makes sense or not. Also, that incident would have NO impact on his SC decisions.
