She has alleged a three decade old crime but has been incapable of giving any specifics that would allow us to look into the matter further.

Does not know where the crime happened.

Does not know when the crime happened. (Year, day, date or time of year)

Does not know how she got to the party in question.

Does not know how she got home from the party.

Does not know who’s party it was.

Names two suspects now but originally said there were four.

Never reported the crime to anyone for over two decades.

Once she can give complete, and truthful, answers to some of those questions we can start calling her a victim.
