It is pretty clear that Heritage failed with the reference
I think lil Don got all excited thinking he could pick a judge that would get him out of the Russian investigation - and was just gleeful over it.
But the guy attacked a woman as a young man - and lied at a Senate hearing. Those ought well to eliminate him from consideration to lifetime Supreme appt.
And there is irony that he may lose out due to assaulting a woman after pursuing Clinton for much the same
