Knowing something and being sold something are different

I'm sure he knows that Underwood was a colossal failure in year one. But an effective salesman would portray how that infers a long term trajectory and highlight the warning signs to frame it in the proper context.
He may realize we are an SEC school, and his other options aren't. But he needs to be sold on why that is such a significant differentiator and should be an important factor in his decision making process.
