I've never seen such quotes on record, I'd be interested to read them in context and how he was explaining it. I feel like I've read most of his interviews he has given.

What you are suggesting is he probably isn't going to be a very good long term answer. That would be an important piece of insight to glean.

Nothing is unstoppable. It just might require an adjustment to counteract.
