Interesting that so many of the features of that FPC nirvana is exactly what already exists in any city. With all those handy little contracts at least it provides for an "independent" court - whatever that is. I assume half the town will be lawyers.
Oh, and so nice that crime and vandalism hardly exist. Just join a FPC and instantly become a responsible, law-abiding citizen. What could possibly go wrong.
