himself but he spends the entire article setting up a series of if..thens. If every one of these things are true then he perjured himself. But he had to use leaps to make all the ifs true.
On the judge issue Kavanaugh said it was possible he may have interviewed him but did not think so. He did not state that he had so how could that be perjury?
On the memos the author gives no evidence that they were stolen democratic file just that they obviously had to be. Sorry not proof of perjury.
On the wiretaps he could have had info about an investigation involving a surveillance without being part of the program. Knowledge of something is not the same as involvement.
He tears apart his own argument in the Row-v-Wade manufactured issues.
The rest of his argument boils down to 'he is not going to allow us to continue pushing our progressive agenda through the courts so he is unfit for office."
