some monolithic entity all in lock step.

I would guess every single member of it has their own idea
of what the deep state should do.

But at the end of the day you can simplify it in this fashion. Its all about control to keep people down via
dividing us into as many factions as it can.
Highly successful I might add. Most of you play right into its hands. That's why I am a nonpartisan conservative . And why I can't stand the hypocrisy
of republicans. Democrats while their objectives
are hidden are quite upfront about their methods.
