because I do think that he puts out quite a bit of disinformation. It's not totally strategic, some of it is impulse and throw enough on the wall to make folks sift through the chaff, but I certainly think some of it is.

On the other hand, he's impetuous enough to just hammer on folks out of the blue for stuff he doesn't like. You've got the historical context of battles with folks like Rosie as evidence of that behavior.
