standing next to me the other day. I glanced and nodded my acknowledgment of his existence, but something caught my eye.

Looking downwards I noticed he was wearing an odd garment. It was neither shorts or pants. I looked him dead in the eye and said, "are you wearing capri pants?"

Please explain why this message is being reported.
