Anybody have any success smoking country style ribs

On high heat (255 deg) shorter duration (about 4 hours)?

Ribs are dry rubbed and I lined the grates with a copper sheet to try keep the moisture in.

My BIL moved up his gathering to 4 pm. I figured I’d roll the smoke for the entire duration of the cooking time.
