is a Republican, it was racist UNLESS the presenter was a Democrat, in which case it was simply the use of a term to attribute to the effort required to get Excel to function correctly.
Further and most importantly:
It is racist if you share what happened with the rest of your company and they collectively say it was, but again, ONLY if the presenter is a Republican.
