Ask yourself that. What does he have to gain? Do you believe that the facts have changed?

Did he lie then or is he lying now? If he lied before, then at the very least, Davis doesnt know what Cohen has on Trump and never did.

If he is lying now, he could be walking back his statements to cover for Cohen who has yet to finalize a plea deal with investigators.

Personally, I believe the latter. Only a Giuliani-type would knowingly go on tv to spout lies and look like a jackass.
