Randolph County, GA is run by Democrats, not Republicans
Neither the state or federal gummint has authority over the decisions the DEMOCRAT county officials made about polling locations.
The decision by county DEMOCRATS was to close seven of nine precincts, saying the county was wasting taxpayer money by keeping nine polling places open for only about 4,000 voters.
One precinct had only 12 voters during the last election.
The seven polling places closing are in violation of federal law because they are not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
No-one disputes those facts.. not even your Yahoo News article/
