Those statements aren't mutually exclusive. Guliani is correct that it was then and still is unknown whether the female attorney was associated with the Russian Gov't. It is also true that Goldstone represented her as such. We also know that the female Russian attorney hired Fusion GPS to represent Russian Gov't interests and that she met with FGPS head Glen Simpson both before and after the meetings with Trump Jr.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
