Mizzou absolutely hit the jackpot with that hire, and he was loyal and at the twilight of his career and thus wasn't leaving for greener pastures. That made a HUGE difference. Mizzou was absolutely getting national respect when he was here. But how do you find another Gary Pinkle? You don't, Mizzou hit the lottery with him.
