called The Secret History of the CIA or something similar that details a lot of the missteps of the Agency over the years. The Bay of Pigs fiasco and such. It's not a perfect institution, that's for sure. What a screw-up - all because you under-estimated the opposition and took a cookie-cutter approach to the problem.
