Calk's bank, because Calk wanted to give the loans, was the founder and a significant shareholder. WTF? Why does that matter? Doesn't he still have a fiduciary obligation to the other shareholders, whether he's the founder or not. His motivations for approving dishonest loan requests should be irrelevant. If that's you or me lying on a loan application, you know we're fried.
