Require some black people to watch fox.
Require fox to hire black people for on air positions. Because blacks must "see themselves" on the air to appreciate it. Lower standard to ensure sufficient hiring.
Require fox to have 13% of it's coverage at least (MSNBC does much more) sympathetic to black oppression and white tyranny.
Diversity is a good thing. It is nearly the ONLY thing libs care about. So we must force black people to watch fox.
I know, we can stop requiring that blacks show a photo id before tuning in.
