We don't allow denial of service on all grounds, but on very limited grounds.
We don't allow denial of housing.
We no longer deny a place a sit and eat a meal, unless the owner hates the conservative patron.
We don't allow sham selective enforcement of policies when it is done to harass.

I don't agree with all of the reasoning which gives us these results, but these are the results and current standing of the law.

The fact is it was a political move to silence a news organization.

So here is what is likely to happen, except in the case of the occurrence of the rapture:

Suit brought for the, listen carefully, c o l l u s i o n ... , ... okay I was jk; conspiracy to deprive of property rights. If he wins he wins, but if he loses, he starts his own website and it's time for payback. Considering the number of followers he has, it won't be a problem for him to get his own website established.
