Then, to the greatest extent possible, drop that belief.
Notice your next feeling, and say it again:
'What must I believe to feel the way I feel right now.'
Again, drop the belief as much as possible.
Run that process sincerely and thoroughly and you will steadily gain an increased awareness.
From there you're on your way!!!
