case where a candidate/campaign has been charged with a crime, not just fined by the FEC, for agreeing to accept INFORMATION that they did not ultimately receive and did not pay for.
i'd also like to see a case where information, neither received or paid for, was considered an in-kind contribution.
and lastly, real discussion from a liberal, how do you differentiate between team trump agreeing to get dirt on HRC from Russian nationals to team HRC getting dirt on Trump from Russian nationals?
Is the go-between of a law firm and fusion GPS the difference to you? and if so why does that make such a difference?
