RE: DJ Jeffries decommitted from UK

Actually he's already been replaced by an in state kid. They are also still going after James Wiseman. The whole DJ Jeffries thing is kind of weird, they decommitted and said that UK was "unprofessional" in the way they handled it. They (UK) told him if he did that then they were done recruiting him and moving on.

So that's why they were upset because they wanted UK to keep recruiting him to stroke that ego I guess. No point in trying to recruit a kid who isn't sure if he wants to be there or already really knows he is going to Memphis. (Especially knowing they can go out and get someone who really wants to be there.) With how much his father is talking it really sounds as if UK dodged a bullet.
