came across during their investigation? There is a laundry list of crimes he is being charged with but essentially the crimes for this trial are for receiving $60 million from former Pro-Russian Ukrainian President and not reporting the correct amount on his taxes. Also accused of money laundering the income he received overseas.

These do not seem like little crimes that would not be worthwhile to investigate/prosecute.
