As pointed out below, Obama had a quarter of high percentage growth, but it wasn't sustainable. Bush had a stimulus package (favored by economists over tax cuts at the time) of 1% of the GDP that didn't ultimately work because it was too late.

Of course 4.1% is a big deal, but is it real or is it fool's gold?
