#1 The BS dossier was the primary tool used to justify a FISA warrant, the most invasive tool in the FBIs tool chest, and contrary to basic Constitutional rights. The dossier was a political funded piece of trash.
#2 a Yahoo article referenced was the corroborating evidence, part of the noise created by leaking the dossier out to mixed bag of media sources, thus creating enough noise.
#3 The judge validates none of the information, simple reviews it.

It was a lie built on a lie built on perhaps, a half truth somewhere. So far out of bounds, and obviously a political motivated smear job, bordering on a coup..
