What would be more disruptive than giving the DEMs copies of tapes of Trump people making deals? We'd be in impeachment hearings by now.

Russian / Putin reputation couldn't be tarnished, everybody assumes they did it anyway.

BTW, if our intelligence agencies are so good, why no weapons in Iraq?
