But the minority party always holds together too much.

I could very much see the Republican party splitting under Trump, and the democratic party should split, but they will unify to get power back.

the best thing that could happen is if Trump stays in power, and the Democrats move to a democratic socialist, we could see 1-3 new parties emerge
