You are relying upon a computer security company provided information, not independent evidence gathered by FBI.
Crowdstrike could easily fake an image copy of their servers. It's practically their job to do that, being a computer security firm.
It's like the average person calling the cops about a murder, telling them no need to investigate, you've got all the information they need.
That article was a miserable fail.
Even worse, by not independently gathering info, any good defense lawyer can bring in reasonable doubt since the FBI didn't confirm the data themselves.
FBI should have used crowd strikes images to speed investigation, while reviewing the physical server, verifying that the image provided, matches the server.
