Again, instead of the FBI independently gathering the info, they have instead relied on crowdstrike's provided data.

Crowdstrike could easily provide a fake image of that server. They are in the computer security business, it's kind of their job to know that stuff.

I'm thinking any good lawyer could bring reasonable doubt into anything resulting from reviewing that image, since it wasn't independently verified by law enforcement.
