He was given the opportunity, through a direct question, to tell the world who he believes: our intelligence teams, or Putin. He, at best, waffled. At worst he essentially said he believed Putin.
He was also given the opportunity to acknowledge the Russians ****ing with our election and give a warning to never do it again. He did neither.
