That was part of Obama fulfilling his promise to Putin.
Oh, BTW, which type of bankruptcy were those? Chapter 7? Chapter 11? Or the most likely, Chapter 13? Mixed? Do you know the differences and their implications? Do you know what occurred with the final disposition of each? With such meticulous research, I would have expected a more detailed explanation of the final result, not just the oh, that must be bad, gotcha headline.
