That's 1 for 4. Holland makes 5. This is a billion dollar league. They should have advanced stretching and flexibility experts as well as burst training people to work on reduction of time from home to first; maybe JJK and her husband Bob. Not all are equally gifted, like Bader, but far too many times you see players mailing it in running to first. If you can shave a couple of tenths off you should be able to pick up a handful of extra hits during the course of the season.

Ichiro never had a serious injury because of the way he took care of his body. It should be looked into.

And when a batter steps into the box with 2 outs on 3 pitches, he better be taking two, in a very slow manner, to give his pitcher a an extra minute in the dugout, rather than swinging at whatever is thrown. Wong is brain dead about this, and constantly makes a 3rd out quickly, putting our pitchers under additional stress.
