BP existed.

now its BP, ICE and USCIS.

ICE is simply a combo of some enforcement elements of Customs and INS


and they are all now under Homeland Security. so they are under one umbrella but if you want to make 1 agency rather than the 3 that's fine with me.

but currently, the BP stops at the border (basically). so interior removals and enfrocement are conducted by ICE.
