Just like CEO's at my company who have laid off 45,000 people to make their numbers, to get their bonus and performance rewards.

It isnt'a difficult concept to grasp.

Shareholders can fire the CEO if they don't like it.

Without unions, the CEO gets to tell workers to go fvuck yourself.
