there isn't anything civil about Republican policy or how Republicans behave once in office.
Nor Dems.
I'll take uncivil discourse and rejection of R's and D's over civil discourse combined with never ending warfare, taxation, massive entitlements, corruption, debt.
Keep thinking R's and D's need to keep everyone out and you'll be sure to keep me out.
