Hillary Clinton did not have one thing to do with prompting the creation of a series of documents put together by Michael Steele. That was the right wing that did that.
Once it was big hanging opp-research fruit out there, Clinton campaign picked up the funding. But again the timing is such that those docs were pretty well completed before the Clinnton campaign did a thing.

Clinton camp picked up the funding AFTER it was mostly done. So?
