As seen by Chuck Schmoozer. They introduced a laugh comedy bill saying you can't detain anyone with a minor within 100 miles of the border (also doesn't even bother differentiating between US Citizens and illegals in that aspect so literally anyone won't be detained) knowing full well it'll be rejected so they can go and scream how the mean evil child hating Republicans are somehow to blame.
Ted Cruz introduced a bill that would change the law in regards to the issue permanently since the EO will be challenged in court since like everyone but Democrats knew, it goes against the Flores settlement. Democrats have told each other to oppose it.
All Democrats want is catch and release and open borders, they literally have cared more about these illegal immigrants than US Citizens. When was the last Democrat who visited a US Citizen family member of someone killed by an illegal immigrant?
