so either you streamline the process to take less than 20 days, you catch and release or you change the law or some combo.

personally, i'd like to see it streamlined and the law changed. i'd like to see Congress do that and have it not be done by EO


He very much offered an opinion...yet another government solution....after going through numerous government solutions that failed.
