OK let me break this down carefully

1). When adults are arrested in the US children are not processed with them.
1a). Even with the EO stating families can now stay together through processing and wait times, the 9th circuit is still forcing kids out after 20 days
2). The families seeking asylum are facing long wait times due to an influx, and law states children cannot be detained more than 20 days. Thus, families are being SEPARATED once those 20 days are up.
3). The zero tolerance policy is simply enforcing federal immigration law.

So when Dems say the zero tolerance policy forced family separation, that is false. Zero tolerance is simply stating agents/prosecutors shall enforce the federal immigration law to all adult illegal immigrants.

Using the argument of "legality v morality" is dumb. I've never heard the outcry before with past admins, or how families are separated every day here in America when adults break the law sending them to jail (without their kids).
